The sixth NORWAC Emergency Medical Team since January 1.st 2024, entered Gaza on 26.th of August.
The team is  working at the European Gaza Hospital and will support the reactivation of the hospital after it was closed by IDF and the staff and patients were evacuated earlier this summer.
The team consists of:

• Herman Luhr, orthopedic surgeon,
• Martin Bøhler, general surgeon,
• Ann-Kristin Kappfjell El-nawsjhah, anesthesiologist,
• and Alice Skår, OR nurse

The NORWAC teams are integrateded in the Emergency medical team organization of WHO in Gaza.
